Social Link Quoter on iPhone

person Lasse Ljung folder Uncategorized forum No Comments

This tutorial is going to teach you how create an email signature on your iPhone and insert your Social Link Quoter into that signature. Before you do this you will want to make sure you have already created an email signature in your email client. Refer to one of our other tutorials on how to do this.

Step 1

Once you have set up your email signature in your normal email client send yourself a plain email. It doesn’t need anything special in it, you just need to be able to open this email on your iPhone. As a matter of fact include as little information in this email as possible because you will be deleting most of it anyway.

Step 2

Once you have done this open your email client on your iPhone, go to the inbox and open the email you have sent to yourself:

Step 3

Once you have the email open click on reply. This will allow you to manipulate the text in the email.

Step 4

Now you will need to delete everything in the email except for what you want to show up in your email signature. make sure you do not delete the email signature itself or the image that comes along with it.

Step 5

Once you have only what you want to show up in your email signature long press on the screen. A small dialog box will pop up where you long pressed. Click on Select All in that dialog box.

Step 6

Once the text is highlighted long press again until a different dialog box appears. This one will give you other options, click on Copy in that dialog box.

Step 7

Once this is done go back to the home screen and go to the settings section of your device. In the settings select Signature.

Step 8

In the Signature screen make sure there is not already a signature there. If there is already a signature in there and you want to replace this signature, delete it. Once it is cleared long press on the blank area and select paste. This will place your copied signature into the signature area. At this point you are free to edit it any way you need.

Once you have followed these steps, save your work and you are ready to start sending emails with your new signature.
